Paris, 1900. Loulou is a young 12-year-old orphan girl passionate about dancing. The excitement of the beginning of this century leads her and her friends through adventures in the sparkle of Paris during the Belle Epoque, always attempting to oppose Baron Boisrobert’s plans to tear down the old hovels of Montmartre and throw the residents out.
